Working principle
Laser welding is the application of high energy pulsed laser to welding objects. A laser power supply is used to discharge the xenon lamp pulse to form a certain frequency and width of the light wave through a spotlight cavity to radiate to Nd36+:YAG crystal. After the crystal emits the 1064nm pulse laser, then it is welded through the beam expansion, reflection, and focusing. The equipment is equipped with PLC or industrial PC controlled CNC worktable, and the laser is welded through the laser. Frequency, pulse width, speed of worktable, adjustment of the direction of movement for high precision welding.
